Introduction

Welcome to the Qt for Symbian Developer's Library. This library is for the Qt 4.6 Beta for the Symbian platform. The content of this library is intended for developers who are writing Qt applications for phones that use the Symbian Platform. There are things to take into account when developing for mobile devices, but you do not need any previous Symbian Platform experience to write Qt for Symbian applications. Developers who have already worked with Qt will be able to create applications that run on the Symbian Platform.
